Description

Black Hooded Wetsuit — Yamamoto #40 | 3/2mm

Designed for the world's coldest waters. The Kuhane K1 Hooded is a high-performance wetsuit built with Yamamoto #40 fabric, the same material used in the world's best competition suits. Intended for waters between 10°C and 14°C.
Thanks to its "Arms Up" design, it provides an almost unrestricted range of motion in the shoulders, allowing for greater freedom when paddling and surfing.

Yamamoto #40 Neoprene

Produced by the Yamamoto Corporation in Osaka, Japan, from limestone — not petroleum. Its 93% nitrogen closed-cell structure with cellular independence makes it 99.7% waterproof, extraordinarily lightweight, and up to 30% more flexible than standard neoprene.

Integrated Hood with Drawstring

Structurally stitched to the suit with an adjustable drawstring on the hood and chest panel to minimize cold water entry. Ideal for winter and windy conditions on the central and southern Chilean coast.
